Located on the second floor of Claremont Prep, the Library, open 12 months a year, is an oasis for students. The foyer is adorned with warm mahogany woods and an electrifying fish tank. The library is home to 15,000 volumes and resource materials for every grade level. Open book stacks, computer stations and a SMART board enable every student to navigate the library with ease.
The younger students visit the library as a class once a week, listen to stories read by the librarian and begin to experience the “check out” program of the library. The older students use the library as a place to “catch” a quiet moment, study and conduct research. Every Claremont Prep student has the opportunity to visit the library, locate his or her favorite books, or simply enjoy the serenity of our academic library.
